职责描述：

Job Description:

1、负责产品的市场渠道开拓与销售工作，执行并完成公司产品年度销售计划；维护现有客户，开拓空白市场；

Responsible for market channel development and sales of products; Implement and achieve the company's annual product sales target; Maintain existing customers and develop new market;

2、根据公司市场营销战略，提升销售价值、品牌影响力，扩大产品在所负责区域的销售业绩，扩大产品市场占有率，提升后市场服务质量；

Based on company’s marketing strategy, improve the sales and the market share of products in the covered region, enhance the brand influence, improve the after-market service quality;

3、积极进行售前、售中、售后需求调研,分析市场动态和客户需求，形成市场调研报告，主动及时反馈至总部；

 Conduct pre-sale, sale and after-sale demand research; Analyze market dynamics and customer demands, form reports, and submit them to the headquarters timely;

4、与客户进行商务谈判,并拟订、签署商务合同;在执行合同过程中，严格遵守公司的合规管理要求；

Conduct business negotiations with customers; Form and sign business contracts; Comply with the company's compliance requirements strictly in the execution of the contract.

5、根据公司产品、价格及市场策略，能够独立处理询盘、报价、合同条款的协商及合同签订等事宜；

Based on the company's product, pricing and marketing strategy, deal with the inquiry, quotation, contract negotiation and contract signing independently;

6、能够较快融入当地文化，提升公司品牌宣传力度。

Integrate into the local culture quickly and enhance the company's brand publicity.

任职条件：

Requirements:

1、本科及以上学历，机械、国际经济与贸易、英语、日语等专业；

At least Bachelor’s degree, major in mechanics, international economy and trade, English or Japanese etc.

2、英语、日语口语和书面应用熟练；

Good speaking, reading and writing skills in English and Japanese.

3、拥有3年以上外贸工作经历，能独立开发、维护客户；

3 or more years working experience in foreign trade; Be able to develop new customers and maintain existing customers independently.

4、正直诚信，能够遵守当地法规，规避合规风险；能承受工作压力、有韧性；有良好沟通能力和团队合作精神；

Be able to comply with local regulations and avoid legal risks; Be able to work under pressure; Good communication skills and have teamwork spirit; Be tough and honest .

5、能适应国外出差、常驻（日本、印尼等国家区域）；

Be able to adapt to overseas business trip or work overseas ( In Japan or Indonesia)
